About Laura

For 25 years Laura has been advising executives and their teams. Originally trained as a strategy consultant with The Monitor Group in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Laura has worked with Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, spin-offs and universities to align architecture and capabilities to strategic goals. She has expertise helping cross-functional and cross-regional teams improve dialogue, decision-making and performance, and has coached numerous leaders at crucial professional crossroads. 

Laura has been a coach with Stanford GSB’s signature executive program Leading Organizational Change & Renewal (LCOR) for 10 years. She developed the University of California Irvine’s executive onboarding & coaching programs, and has worked closely with the C-Suite of UCI’s academic medical center since 2016. In 2019, Laura designed and delivered a custom leadership development program across EMEA for select leaders of a $3B life sciences company (and continues coaching there). Most recently, Laura has been partnering with private equity firms on assessment and development for executive leaders across their portfolio companies.

Laura graduated magna cum laude from Williams College with a degree in History Honors, emphasizing military strategy and leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. She lives with her two teenagers and three beagles in Orange County, California, and is an avid tennis player and alpine skier.
