Leadership Coaching:  Regularly scheduled conversations focused on examples from interactions with crucial colleagues or customers, as well as meeting preparation and/or reflection.  Frequently includes 360 degree feedback (but not always).  Frequently includes meeting or presentation observation (but not always). 

Relationship Coaching:  Regularly scheduled conversations with a crucial colleague or two, focused on moments of difficulty, as well as meeting preparation and/or reflection.  Frequently includes meeting observation.

Team Development and Dynamics:  Customized workshops for small-to-medium teams (executive, cross-functional, or other) focused on strategic leadership development.  Can be combined with meeting dynamics observation and feedback.  Frequently includes 360 degree feedback for team members and at the team level (e.g., from key partners and/or customers).

Workshop or Meeting Design and Facilitation:  Customized stand-alone workshops for leaders focused on particular learning goals tied to capabilities and strategic goals.  Can be tailored for intact teams or mixed groups of leaders.  Content could focus on leadership development, or simply a relevant, heated topic that might benefit from facilitation (e.g., future scenario planning).
